                                WRITING We have all thought about whether following a diet can be healthy. On the one hand, following a balanced diet is good for the body and for your health, you live better, but it does not have to be strict. On the other hand, there are people who follow a very strict diet and if they eat something that, they were not planning to eat, they become frustrated and feel bad and that causes them to suffer serious psychological problems, it is not good for their mental health. If we want to follow a diet, we have to consult a nutritionist and not take it to the extreme because this more than benefiting us hurts and depresses us. In conclusion, following a diet is good for our health but we must always be careful.
